IN THEIR OWN WORDS What Do They Know That is Not Being Printed

Friday, May 21, 2010

Please join the Westside Urban Forum to hear - and question - four of the most influential journalists covering Los Angeles today.

Our local reporters have had a front row seat to watch government and business at work. What’s occurring behind the scenes? What are the alliances and motivations driving LA politicians and business leaders? Under Bill Boyarsky’s questioning, three of the city's most storied and often controversial reporters will reveal what is behind the coverage of the city’s financial crisis. In addition, the panelists may very well touch on the changes in news reporting given this age of social media, where everyone is a reporter.
