with the passage of Measure R and possible stimulus money, Los Angeles is
poised to begin the biggest rail construction boom in a generation. How
can we ensure that the right land use plans, development proposals, and
procedures are in place to support the infrastructure when construction starts
and the projects open? What should cities, Metro and the private sector
be doing now to get ready? Join the Westside Urban Forum on Friday,
