City, a 780,000 square feet office complex in the making, which will include
the new world headquarters for one of the largest talent agencies in the
universe, Creative Artists Agency (CAA).
"The new development, 2000 Avenue of the Stars, will consist of a 12-story office building with a dramatic architectural design that maintains view corridors. Included will be fine dining and casual restaurants, retail shops and services, as well as space for a cultural facility. The plan also replaces the concrete Outdoor Central Plaza between 2000 Avenue of the Stars and Century Plaza Towers with four acres of open air, landscaped green space."
